HELPDESK REPRESENTATIVE (TSR)
As a Helpdesk Representative (TSR), you will represent world-class brands and gain the expertise to delight their customers in every interaction.
To be a TSR, you need the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of college without back subjects
- Excellent conversational English skills
- Strong familiarity with the Internet and MS Office applications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus!
